Terms of Service
How LOMAR delivers, bills, and schedules your service — written down so there is nothing to interpret later. Organized terms are part of what makes the property easier to own.
LOMAR offers four residential service options. Essential, Signature, and Estate are annual plans; Month-to-Month is Essential-level service during the growing season with no annual commitment. Every option includes mowing, trimming, blowing, and edging on each scheduled visit.
Every option is billed monthly in advance. Annual plan pricing is divided evenly across 12 monthly payments and is not a per-visit charge. Month-to-Month is billed during the active growing season with no annual commitment. Individual visits are not separately itemized or refundable.
Service timing adjusts to lawn and weather conditions. During heavy rain, drought, or dormancy, visits may be rescheduled to the next suitable window. Weather-delayed visits are rescheduled, not refunded.
Plan prices assume typical properties within each lot-size range. Properties with steep or sloped terrain, excessive or extensive edging, dense landscaping, difficult access, or other unique conditions may require a custom quote. Final pricing is confirmed after property assessment and locked once confirmed.
Optional services (mulching, Shrub Trimming & Pruning, seasonal cleanups, Weeding, Aeration & Seeding, and Pet Waste Removal) are available at additional cost, quoted per property. Signature and Estate receive 10% off add-on services, excluding Pet Waste Removal.
Month-to-Month service has no annual commitment. Annual plans have a twelve-month term and automatically renew unless the upcoming renewal is cancelled before the current annual term expires.
Ending an annual plan before the current term is complete may result in an early termination charge. Month-to-Month service may be cancelled using the applicable cancellation procedure without an annual-plan early termination charge.
