About LOMAR
Built to Be the Lawn Company We Couldn't Find
LOMAR Landscape & Grounds is a locally owned lawn care company based in Virginia Beach, Virginia — built around one idea: reliable lawn care, every time, without making the process complicated.
Why LOMAR Exists
Reliable Lawn Care, Every Time.
LOMAR was started by people who had managed enough properties to know the pattern: a lawn company that's hard to reach, a crew that changes every week, a service day nobody can confirm, and a bill that's never quite what was discussed. The work itself was rarely the problem. Everything around it was.
So we built the company we couldn't find. One where the schedule is set and documented, the same crew learns your property, expectations are in writing, and someone who knows your grounds answers when you call. Family-owned and locally operated, serving homeowners across Virginia Beach.
The goal is simple: professional lawn care that's easy to understand, easy to price, and easy to count on — so your property is one less thing you have to manage.

How We Work
What You Can Count On
Dependable Scheduling
Your property joins a set route with a service day you can plan around. When weather moves a visit, you hear it from us first.
Professional Crews
The same trained, uniformed team returns to your property and learns its details — not a rotating roster starting over each week.
Clear Communication
One point of contact who knows your property and can act on what you ask for. No call center, no ticket queue.
Documented Expectations
Scope, visit cadence, seasonal work and pricing are defined in writing before anyone starts — so you always know what to expect.
Accountability
Properties are walked before the crew leaves, and you're notified when service is complete. The standard doesn't change with the week.
