Some yards need a custom rate even within a size range — for example, steep or sloped terrain, unusually heavy or extensive edging, dense landscaping, difficult access, or other unique conditions. We review your estimated quote and confirm the monthly price for your property before service begins, so there are never surprises. Your quoted rate is locked once confirmed.

Essential, Signature, and Estate are annual plans, with the annual service cost divided into equal monthly payments over 12 months rather than charged separately after each visit. Bolt any of these onto your plan whenever your property needs it. Signature and Estate customers receive 10% off add-on services, excluding Pet Waste Removal. Flower bed hand weeding is already included in Estate; Essential, Signature and Month-to-Month customers can purchase it separately.
Seasonal packages may include more work than an individual cleanup visit, so package estimates don't set a price for generic service visits. Work already included in your selected plan is never charged twice. Final add-on pricing depends on lot size and property condition, and is confirmed in your written plan.
Lawns don't grow on a fixed calendar. During heavy rain, drought, or seasonal dormancy, we adjust timing to what your lawn actually needs — cutting saturated grass damages grass, so proper timing is good lawn care, not skipped service. Weather-delayed visits are rescheduled to the next suitable window. Your flat monthly rate covers your full season of care regardless of week-to-week weather.
