Month-to-Month provides Essential-level service, paid monthly in advance during the active growing season with no annual commitment. Your estimated rate is based on property size and conditions and is confirmed after review.
Some yards need a custom rate even within a size range — for example, steep or sloped terrain, unusually heavy or extensive edging, dense landscaping, difficult access, or other unique conditions. We review your estimated quote and confirm the monthly price for your property before service begins, so there are never surprises. Your quoted rate is locked once confirmed.
All plans are paid monthly in advance. Essential, Signature, and Estate are annual plans, with the full year of service divided evenly across 12 monthly payments rather than billed per visit. Month-to-Month is available at the Essential service level and is billed monthly during the active growing season with no annual commitment.

Lawns don't grow on a fixed calendar. During heavy rain, drought, or seasonal dormancy, we adjust timing to what your lawn actually needs — cutting saturated grass damages grass, so proper timing is good lawn care, not skipped service. Weather-delayed visits are rescheduled to the next suitable window. Your flat monthly rate covers your full season of care regardless of week-to-week weather.
