Prices are shown per visit for easy comparison. The full monthly charge is billed in advance, before service begins for that month. You pay monthly rather than after each visit. The per-visit figure is a pricing comparison and does not change the agreed monthly charge.
Payment example only: if your confirmed Essential annual monthly payment is $200, 12 equal advance payments total $2,400 for the year. Assumptions: an annual plan, the confirmed $200 monthly payment, and no separately purchased work. This illustrates billing only, not a scheduled visit count or a calculation of seasonal benefits. Your confirmed service agreement specifies the schedule and included work.
